Sevilla is a four-bedroom, three and a half bathroom two-storey home, located on the Sandy Ridge development in Davenport, Florida, just minutes away from the new Disney entrance and the I-4.

There are two master suites, one with a king sized bed and one with a queen sized bed. The two further bedrooms both have two twin beds and share a family bathroom.

Sevilla also features a beautiful pool with a spa and a games room with both pool and air hockey tables and a TV.

Further entertainment is provided by TVs (all equipped with high definition cable) and DVD players in every bedroom.

The villa is in the Sandy Ridge Development that's very close to Champion's Gate, just off the I-4 and is just 10 minutes away from Disney, 20 minutes from Universal Studios all Orlando attractions are reached easily.

The villa itself is on a conservation plot with views out to woodland at the rear. It has been furnished to a very high standard and benefits from upgraded furniture and air conditioning throughout.

All the bedrooms have high defintion cable television, multi region DVD players and media players. The lounge has a 42" high definition plasma with surround sound.

There's now a Publix supermarket about one mile away so you can stock up with ease. In that complex there are several fast food outlets and a drugstore. Champion`s Gate is close by and in addition to the excellent golfing facilities, there are a number of dining options. There are also 4 Wal-Mart stores within 10 miles and a Denny's just five minutes away. Recently even more shopping has opened up on the corner of the US-27 and the I-4 including Target, JC Penny, Staples and Best Buy and this is just minutes away.

There's free phone calls back to the UK, a PC with Skype and a webcam installed so you can stay in contacts with your friends and family. Also, there's high speed wireless internet throughout.
